    Thanks for this post! I think flat roofing is very promising. You are saving money, while at the same time adding uniqueness and style to your home. Just like green roofing, flat roofing also has big advantages. Flat roofs represent the most efficient use of urban space, they offer architectural freedom, they control the downflow of water to the drainage system, and save on energy costs!

    The benefits are the flexibility of the material, the ease of the application, the long life expectancy and the fact there is no heat needed to apply the material. I have been fitting new flat roofs, or having contractors fit my flat roofs now for over 30 years.

    Amazing post. In my humble opinion, a roofing system’s lifespan is attributed to both the quality of the material and also the people responsible for the installation of the roof. When a reputable roofer installs a roofing system, it is expected to have a longer lifespan.
