Our Service
AccuRoof is system agnostic. This means we can look at your project without bias to certain products or systems. Our broad product portfolio allows us to recommend the right products for your project – suitability is our priority, not stock.
Don’t rely on a single manufacturer for all your roofing needs; they may only have a limited range of products.
Get independent support from an experienced supplier who will help you make an informed choice about waterproofing and produce a roofing specification that works for you and your client.
AccuRoof’s PI Insured design support takes a systems-based approach. From surveys, structural requirements and calculations to installation and maintenance information, we’re here to assist you through the entire design process.
Relying on technical support from multiple sources can result in clashes between systems and leave you bearing the consequences.
Make sure your technical support comes from a single PI insured roofing consultant who joins the dots for you.
AccuRoof roofing consultants provide all the information you need to know the roof’s design and performance will deliver. To give you extra peace of mind, our service doesn’t stop until the roof is completed and signed off.
Don’t run the risk of remedial works to get your roof over the line. If a manufacturer’s service stops at tender or hands over to a third party, you may have problems you’re unaware of until it’s too late.
Use an independent roofing consultancy for full technical support for your roofing specification, throughout the design process and on site.
AccuRoof is part of SIG Roofing, a division of SIG Plc, one of Europe’s major suppliers of construction products.
This grants us access to a broad product portfolio and national delivery network, so there’s no need to settle. Design the roof you want without compromise. Choose a proven product supplier with local availability and a high level of stock to counter any unforeseen circumstances.
AccuRoof’s Contractor Installer Scheme (ACIS) provides specialist roofing contractors who have demonstrated knowledge of the systems they install and a proven record of installing them well.
Don’t risk your project success with a roofing contractor who isn’t trained in the products they are installing.
Choosing an ACIS registered roofing contractor with the right knowledge and skill base mitigates the risk of poor installation, so you know your design will perform as intended.
AccuRoof’s dedicated Field Technicians provide monitoring during siteworks. They ensure that systems are installed according with the approved design. If any difficulties crop up on site, your contractors won’t have to wait for technical support or think up a quick solution that only tapes over an issue.
Typically, if a roofing system fails, it is the product that is blamed, but poor installation is much more likely to be the cause. How do you know that your roofing contractor does good quality work?
Don’t take the risk of unsupported installers who put your project at risk. Choose a materials supplier that will monitor the installation and provide good quality field support on site for your contractors.
If something goes wrong with a roof you designed, the last thing you want is a complex path to resolution. Where multiple parties are involved, you may find that different manufacturers dispute who should investigate and who is responsible, or that the contractor or insurer is insolvent.
Through SIG Plc, AccuRoof can provide warranties for roofing projects, including multi-material roofs. Our warranties can cover the design, installation (in the event that the roofing contractor goes into insolvency), and materials and more, giving your client greater confidence.
AccuRoof roofs are designed with maintenance programmes suitable for the client. Maintenance is considered at the beginning of a roofing project; it should influence the choice of products as well as the design.
If your client doesn’t want a flat roof, it may be due to concerns about maintenance – if there is an issue with maintenance down the line, they may hold you responsible. To deal with this dilemma, be sure to have your roof designed for appropriate, safe and efficient maintenance, and tie this into the whole roof service to give you and your client confidence.
